Shipping Method

After we customized and produced our mirror photo booth or others, we will send it out within 3-7 working days, and the freight will be borne by you(Except for products marked as free shipping). You can choose the appropriate transportation channel, and our customer service team will confirm the delivery method with you.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, which is a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 2- 4 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

International Taxes And Duties
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by PhoPrint, and this cannot be refunded.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that she or he enters the correct shipping address. If you decide to change your shipping address before shipping, please contact us at info@ebayartech.com immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to make changes, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the time frame within which we will be able to do so varies. If our team does not have time to change your shipping address before shipping or requests a change of address after shipping, we will have to charge an additional shipping fee.

Delivered But Not Delivered
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
