1. Need to return a damaged or defective item?
We take great pride and care in packaging our photo booth products so they look pristine when they arrive in your hands. However, sometimes we miss something or, unfortunately, items can be damaged during shipping and delivery. We apologize if you received an item that was incorrect or in poor condition. If this happens, your item will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the returned damaged item.
Before returning any damaged or defective items, please email email@example.com:
• Full name
• Fault details with damaged or faulty images
• Order number
We will respond to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed (including a return address).
All exchanges/refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of your returned item. For refunds – once items are received, inspected, and approved, they will be made through the original purchase method.
2. Lost in shipping package?
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate the situation. Once confirmed, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
3. No-return service for customized products
Please understand that we are customized all photobooths in large quantities. After the order is completed and shipped, we will not provide return services if it is not a hardware quality problem. However, we provide lifetime software after-sales service, if there is any after-sales service, please contact us: email@example.com
Once you have placed your order with PhoPrnit. Our primary focus is to dispatch your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you would like to cancel your order before we have shipped the parcel please contact us as soon as possible by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we received the damaged item, we will refund you to your original payment method. After we receive your returned item, we will refund you within 7 working days to process it.
