Overall the experience with this company was great. Emily was the person I dealt with throughout the process and she was very professional and responded in rapid timing. She made sure that we received all the information that we needed and she was able to answer any queries I had. She made the whole process a breeze. Really appreciate that. She messaged us as soon as it was being delivered, provided the tracking number and origin certificate as well. That was impressive. I didn’t have to chase her up or anything which was pretty good and stress free. However, when it was shipped using DHL the delivery company did stuff around with our delivery. When it first arrived we only received two out of three of the pieces which we had to chase up and it took another week to arrive. Overall the product was good but we did find a small chip on the edge of the screen. However, we are quite pleased with the product.
